Clarification Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data

This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the processing, storage, and transfer processes of your personal data collected via the contact form by our company as the data controller.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data:
Your name, surname, email address, phone number, and message content shared in the contact form will be processed for the sole purpose of contacting you, evaluating your requests, and responding to you.

2. To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred:
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative and judicial authorities within their legal authority for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data Collection:
Your personal data is obtained fully automatically by filling out the form, based on the legal reasons of "explicit consent of the data subject" and "mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation" specified in Article 5 of KVKK.

4. Rights of the Data Subject:
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, and to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
